Introduction
Pressing all the buttons and hoping for the best since 1997!
Born and raised on the Far North Coast of New South Wales, Australia, I went walkabout in 1999, ending up in London, where I still live with my hubby and two sons.
I’ve worked in a wide range of creative media roles, including promos, editing, social media advertising, directing, branding and subtitling, and for many well known broadcasters (please see Work).
I took a career detour in 2014 and trained to be a primary school teacher, graduating with a PGCE from University College London. After two hideous years as a nursery class teacher in Croydon, and nearly five years working from home as a subtitler for ITV, I’m back on the horse and working as a freelance video editor for DAZN, combining two of my great loves - TV and sport.
It’s been a lovely bonus to receive recognition for my work, winning a Promax Australia NZ award for the launch of The History Channel on Foxtel, and receiving numerous nominations for UK and European Promax awards.
